1.2 By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 2. PRICES & PRODUCTS

2.1 All prices are displayed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage, when not otherwise stated. Prices can be modified at any moment and without warning by Piccolo Seeds, which undertakes to apply the price indicated on the website at the time of the order.

2.2 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Orders can be made online at www.piccoloseeds.com. Once the purchase and the payment has been processed, the buyer will receive a confirmation email concerning payment receipt and delivery details.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
3.3 You undertake to correctly insert all of the requested information. Errors in supplying shipping information (i.e. incorrect address, non-existent telephone number, incorrect ZIP code, etc.) will result in the automatic cancellation of the order. We will immediately contact you via email for any clarifications and refunded the sum paid for the order.
3.4 Payments can be made by PayPal or Stripe Gateway (visa, visa electron, visa debit, visa delta, mastercard). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately on order. All credit/debit transactions on this site are processed using PayPal or Stripe Gateway, secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in secure host environments.

3.5 You agree not to hold us responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account. We cannot know the motivations for the refusal of a transaction on the part of the bank and, therefore, decline any liability in such cases.

4. SEED QUALITY & GUARANTEE

4.1 The germination and purity of all scheduled seeds comply with EU seeds legislation currently in force.
4.2 Please note seed is alive product which depends on many important related grower skills and local conditions. Although we do everything possible to get seeds to you in the best possible condition far exceeding legal requirements and will provide as much help as possible, these factors are totally outside of our control and once you receive the seeds its over to you.
4.3 We will issue a legal guarantee on the product in the event that does not conform to the quality specified in the contract of sale. The warranty enables you, in the event of lack of conformity of the product, to obtain, by contacting us directly, taking into account the nature of the goods the replacement of the product or rescission of the contract. It is also specified that a bad storage, improper use of the product under this contract by you shall not be charged to us.
