2. SHIPPING METHOD
Goods are shipped via TNT couriers. The order is processed for shipping within 1-2 working days after we accepted it. You will receive a notification via email once the order has been fullfilled and shipped. The day before the delivery you will be sent a notice at the email address or at the phone number indicated during the acquisition phase. The notification will contain the tracking number which allows you to monitor the package step by step up to the delivery, change the delivery date or choose to pick-up the package in the nearest TNT point, TNT Locker or TNT headquarter.
Goods can be shipped via TNT, UPS or other courier services. The order is processed for shipping within 1-2 working days after we accepted it. You will receive a notification via email once the order has been fullfilled and shipped. Once the courier takes charge of the goods, you will be sent a notice at the email address indicated during the acquisition phase, stating that the package has been taken over by courier. The notification will contain the tracking number which allows you to monitor the package step by step up to the delivery. Delivery attempts, notifications and pick-up solutions will be arranged case by case according to the courier delivery options.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item from your order you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment card used to make the purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
